Calcium Magnesium Complex is an oral powder preparation. The stated 1.5 teaspoons (6 g) undefined serving provides Calcium 1,300 mg, Magnesium 15 mg and Phosphorus 440 mg. Calcium is a mineral involved in skeletal structure, normal muscle contraction and nerve transmission. Ionised calcium also participates in intracellular signalling and blood coagulation. Magnesium contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle function and enzyme activity.
