Magnesium Malate Complex is a tablet preparation. The 4 Tablets serving provides Thiamine 7.5 mg, Vitamin B-6 10 mg, Magnesium 500 mg, Malic Acid 1.5 g. Magnesium is an essential cofactor involved in normal muscular and neuronal function. Malic acid participates in intermediary energy metabolism as part of the tricarboxylic-acid cycle. The preparation combines the stated magnesium salt with malic acid and accompanying nutrients, maintaining the distinction between elemental magnesium and organic-acid amounts.
