Amino acids contribute to normal protein turnover, while any declared B vitamins participate in nutrient metabolism. The yeast matrix retains a food identity, with fortification and naturally occurring nutrients distinguished by the actual ingredient list.

Mix the desired amount of KAL® Nutritional Yeast into your favorite food or beverage. KAL® Nutritional Yeast dissolves easily and brings added nutritional value to stews, casseroles, soups, meat loaf, broths, gravies, protein drinks, juices and milk shakes. It may also be sprinkled over green salad, fruit salad, yogurt, cottage cheese and peanut butter.
