Capsule formulation for thyroid support complex. Per source serving of 2 Capsules, principal components include Iodine (172 mcg), Selenium (50 mcg), Ashwagandha (300 mg), L-Tyrosine (200 mg), Thyroid (50 mg). Iodine provides a constituent of thyroid hormones, while tyrosine supplies an amino-acid precursor in their synthesis. The accompanying botanical and nutrient components complement normal thyroid-related metabolism and stress-response physiology.

Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
