Iron Nutrient Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The stated 1 Tablet serving provides Vitamin C 15 mg, Folate 680 mcg, Vitamin B12 30 mcg, Iron 26 mg and Organic Beetroot 125 mg. This preparation combines the documented iron source with the listed nutritional cofactors. Iron contributes to normal haemoglobin formation and oxygen transport. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.
