L-Theanine is an oral tablet preparation. The stated 2 tablets serving provides Thiamine 3 mg, Riboflavin 3 mg and Niacin 20 mg. The compound has a defined chemical identity that differs from protein-building amino acids. Any accompanying caffeine, botanical or nutrient components contribute separate formulation roles in the actual preparation.
