Metagenics, G.I. Support, 14.81 oz (420 g)

Digestive Prebiotic Complex is a powder preparation. The 1 Tbsp (7.5 grams) serving provides Vitamin C 150 mg, Apple Fruit Powder 1 g, Plantain 1 g, Arabinogalactans 750 mg. This preparation supplies the stated fruit-derived materials and prebiotic carbohydrate constituents. Fermentable plant carbohydrates contribute substrates for intestinal microbial metabolism, while the accompanying nutrients retain distinct biochemical roles. Its finished composition combines a plant-food matrix with digestive nutritional support, keeping fibre or polysaccharide mass separate from vitamin quantities.

Mix about one level tablespoon (7.5 g) in two to four ounces of juice or water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
