Multivitamin Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The stated 1 Chewable Tablet serving provides Vitamin C 100 mg, Vitamin D 2.5 mcg, Folate 510 mcg and Vitamin B12 6 mcg. This multivitamin preparation combines nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, immune function and tissue maintenance. Individual vitamins and minerals contribute different biochemical roles. Magnesium contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle function and enzyme activity. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function.

Children 3 to 7 years: Chew one tablet daily. Children over 7 and adults: Chew one tablet one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing. Do not swallow tablets whole.
