DIM Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The stated 2 Capsules † serving provides Diindolylmethane (DIM) Complex 150 mg (total blend), Vitamin A 750 mcg, Vitamin E 36.2 mg, Riboflavin 1 mg and Vitamin B6 50 mg. Diindolylmethane is a compound associated with the metabolism of indole constituents from cruciferous vegetables. It is investigated in relation to cellular signalling and oestrogen-metabolism pathways. Choline-containing compounds participate in neurotransmitter and cell-membrane metabolism. Riboflavin participates in flavin-coenzyme reactions involved in cellular energy metabolism.
