The stated 2 Slightly Rounded Scoops (12.5 g) serving provides L-Leucine 3,000 mg, L-Isoleucine 1,000 mg, L-Valine 1,000 mg, Vitamin B6 2 mg and Sodium 70 mg. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential branched-chain amino acids involved in muscle protein turnover and exercise-related metabolism. Leucine also participates in nutrient signalling associated with protein synthesis.
