Children's Melatonin is an oral tablet preparation. The 1 Tablet serving supplies Melatonin 1 mg. Melatonin is a signalling hormone involved in the timing of the sleep–wake cycle. For children ages 4 and up, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.
