Branched-Chain Amino Acids is an oral tablet preparation. The stated 3 Tablets serving provides L-Leucine 1500 mg, L-Isoleucine 750 mg and L-Valine 750 mg. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential branched-chain amino acids involved in muscle protein turnover and exercise-related metabolism. Leucine also participates in nutrient signalling associated with protein synthesis.
