Marine Omega Complex is an oral liquid preparation. The stated 2.5mL serving provides DHA 200 mg, EPA 5 mg and Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids 705 mg. Marine omega fatty acids include EPA and DHA in the amounts documented in the preparation. DHA is a structural component of neural and retinal membranes.

Children 1-3 years and 4+ take 1/2 teaspoon (two and a half droppers) daily, or as directed by a health care professional. Can be taken directly or added to juice.
