Nature’s Life, Flax Seed Oil, 90 Vegetarian Softgels (1,000 mg per Softgel)

Flaxseed Oil is an oral softgel preparation. The stated 2 Vegetarian Softgels serving provides Organic Flax Seed Oil Supplying 1,100 mg Alpha-Linolenic Acid 2,000 mg. Flaxseed oil supplies plant-derived fatty acids, especially alpha-linolenic acid when quantified. Alpha-linolenic acid is an essential omega fatty acid involved in nutritional lipid metabolism, but it is chemically distinct from alpha-lipoic acid. Its presence is also not equivalent to supplying the same amounts of EPA or DHA found in a marine oil preparation.

Use only as directed. Take two vegetarian softgels daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have known allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation, an allergic reaction, or any other adverse effect occurs. Do not use if the safety seal or packaging is damaged. Store according to the product label.
