Nature’s Truth, Calcium Citrate Plus D3, 100 Coated Caplets

Calcium is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 2 Coated Caplets serving provides Vitamin D 12.5 mcg (500 IU) and Calcium 630 mg. Calcium is a mineral involved in skeletal structure, normal muscle contraction and nerve transmission. Ionised calcium also participates in intracellular signalling and blood coagulation. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function. Elemental calcium content describes the mineral contribution, while its stated salt form defines the source material.

For adults, take two (2) coated caplets daily, preferably with a meal.
