Marine Omega Complex is an oral liquid preparation. The stated 5 ml¹ serving provides EPA 350 mg, DHA 485 mg and Total Omega-3s ♦ 1,050 mg. Marine omega fatty acids include EPA and DHA in the amounts documented in the preparation. DHA is a structural component of neural and retinal membranes.

For infants 0-12 months: Body Weight Dose 5-10 lb 1.0 ml 11-20 lb 2.0 ml 21-25 lb 3.0 ml 26-30 lb 4.0 ml 31-35 lb 5.0 ml Using dropper, measure appropriate dose based on baby's weight (see chart above). Add Baby's DHA to food, breast milk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician. Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts baby's mouth. Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
