Marine Omega Complex is an oral liquid preparation. The stated 1/2 Teaspoon (approx. 2.5 mL) serving provides EPA 170 mg, DHA 255 mg and Total Omega-3s 530 mg. Marine omega fatty acids include EPA and DHA in the amounts documented in the preparation. DHA is a structural component of neural and retinal membranes.

For ages 1+ years, one-half teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml) daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
