Nordic Naturals, Zero Sugar Melatonin Gummies, Raspberry, 1.5 mg, 120 Gummies

Melatonin is an oral gummy preparation. The stated 1 Gummy serving provides Melatonin 1.5 mg and Sugar Alcohol 1 g. Melatonin is a signalling molecule involved in circadian organisation and the timing of the sleep-wake cycle. Its receptors participate in the body's response to biological night and changing light-dark conditions. This preparation supplies the stated melatonin material in its actual dosage form. Additional botanical or nutritional components retain their separate identities within the formulation.

Adults take one gummy before sleep (a second serving may be taken if needed), or as directed by your health care professional.
