Supplement. Per 1 Lozenge: Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 3 mg, Melatonin 3 mg. Melatonin is a physiological signaling molecule involved in circadian timing and regulation of the sleep-wake cycle.

Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.
