Supplement. Per 1 Softgel: Vitamin A (from Retinyl Palmitate and Fish Liver Oil) 7,500 mcg. Vitamin A is required for visual pigment function, epithelial differentiation, immune physiology, and normal growth and tissue maintenance.

Take 1 softgel every 3 days with a meal.
