Supplement. Per 1 tbsp (15 ml): Vitamin E 20 mg. Wheat-germ oil supplies vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids that contribute to dietary lipid and antioxidant intake.

Shake well. Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably with a meal. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well to mix if natural separation of oil components occurs.
