Choline is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 Capsules serving provides Choline 500 mg, Choline Bitartrate 1,260 mg and Inositol 500 mg. Choline contributes to the synthesis of membrane phospholipids and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and also participates in methyl-group metabolism. The preparation supplies the documented choline form. Alpha-glycerophosphocholine, citicoline and choline salts are chemically distinct, so their ingredient weights and choline contributions are not treated as numerically interchangeable.
