Nutricost, Creatine HCl, Unflavored, 8 oz (225 g)

Creatine Hydrochloride is an oral powder preparation. The documented 1 Scoop (750 mg) serving provides CON-CRET Creatine HCl 750 mg. Creatine participates in the phosphocreatine system, helping replenish ATP during brief, high-intensity muscular activity. This preparation uses the hydrochloride form rather than creatine monohydrate. The formulation supplies creatine for muscle energy metabolism without implying that one chemical form necessarily produces a greater performance response.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop daily (per 100 lbs of body weight) with 6-10 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
