Protocol for Life Balance, Borage/GLA, 60 Softgels

Borage Seed Oil is an oral softgel preparation. The stated 1 Softgel serving provides Borage Oil 1 g, Gamma Linolenic Acid 240 mg and Polyunsaturated Fat 0.6 g. Botanical seed oils supply a lipid matrix containing the documented fatty acids. Gamma-linolenic acid is an omega fatty acid involved in cellular lipid pathways, while linoleic acid contributes an essential-fat substrate. The total oil quantity and separately quantified fatty-acid amounts describe different properties of the nutritional preparation.
