Vitamin B Complex is an oral liquid preparation. The documented 5 ml (0.17 fl oz ) (1 teaspoon) serving provides Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Thiamin 3.5 mg, Riboflavin 3 mg, Niacin 10 mg and Vitamin B6 4 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Vitamin B12 contributes to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
