Vitamin B Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Folate 667 mcg DFE (400 mcg L-5-MTHF), Vitamin B12 400 mcg, Thiamin 100 mg, Riboflavin 12.7 mg and Niacin 108 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
