Methylation Nutrient Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 capsule serving provides Folate 1,333 mcg DFE (800 mcg L-5-MTHF) and Vitamin B12 800 mcg. This formulation combines the listed B vitamins and any documented methyl-donor nutrients. Folate and vitamin B12 participate in one-carbon metabolism, DNA synthesis and normal red-blood-cell formation. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsules, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
