Vitamin B Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Folate 1,333 mcg DFE, Vitamin B12 800 mcg, Thiamin 25 mg, Riboflavin 15 mg and Niacin 50 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
