Solaray, Creatine with Shilajit, Natural Pineapple, 7.6 oz (216 g)

Shilajit is an oral powder preparation. The documented 1 Scoop (7.2 Grams) serving provides Creatine Monohydrate 5,000 mg, L-Leucine 500 mg and Shilajit 150 mg. Shilajit is a naturally derived resinous material containing a mixture of organic compounds and minerals. Fulvic and humic fractions describe chemically diverse parts of the material, rather than a single purified molecule. Its constituents are investigated in redox and cellular-metabolism research. Extraction and purification define the supplied preparation and any separately quantified standardisation.
