Solaray, Lactase, 100 VegCaps

Lactase is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 VegCap serving provides Lactase Enzyme Concentrate 40 mg. Lactase catalyses the breakdown of lactose into glucose and galactose by cleaving its beta-galactosidic linkage. Lactose is the principal sugar in milk and many dairy-derived foods. This preparation supplies the enzyme activity or material listed in its composition. Activity units describe catalytic performance under defined conditions and represent a different measure from the mass of enzyme material.

Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap as needed before eating or drinking foods or beverages that contain dairy products.
