Vitamin B Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 1 Tablet serving provides Folate 666 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 100 mcg, Thiamin 100 mg, Riboflavin 100 mg and Niacin 100 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin and riboflavin participate in enzyme reactions that convert food-derived nutrients into usable cellular energy.
