Fish Oil is an oral softgel preparation. The stated 1 Softgel serving provides EPA 450 mg, DHA 340 mg, ArcticPure Fish Oil Concentrate 1.25 g and Other omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids 60 mg. Fish oil supplies long-chain omega fatty acids, principally EPA and DHA when documented. These lipids participate in cell-membrane structure and the formation of signalling molecules, with DHA particularly relevant to neurological and retinal tissues.
