The stated 2 Tablets serving provides Melatonin 5 mg, GABA 500 mg, Passionflower Aerial Parts Extract 200 mg, Lemon Balm Aerial Parts Extract 60 mg and Magnesium 300 mg. This sleep-support formulation combines ingredients with distinct roles in circadian signalling, relaxation or neurotransmitter-related metabolism.
