Sports Research, Marine Collagen Complex, Unflavored, 5.8 oz (164 g)

Marine Collagen is an oral powder preparation. The documented 1 Scoop (5.4 g) serving provides Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Peptides 5 g, Vitamin C 180 mg and Biotin 150 mcg. Marine collagen is a fish-derived connective-tissue protein preparation. Hydrolysis produces smaller peptides that supply amino acids, including glycine and proline, used in the body's protein metabolism. The formulation is associated with nutritional support for skin and connective tissue, while the exact collagen quantity and any accompanying nutrients are determined by the documented serving composition.

Adults combine 1 scoop into your favorite beverage or meal once daily and mix thoroughly, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Helpful Tip: Marine Collagen Complex will clump in cold water. To enjoy cold, simply mix into room temperature liquid first and then add ice. For best results, use a shaker cup.
