Krill Oil is an oral softgel supplement. The source panel lists 100% Pure Superba2 Krill Oil 500 mg; Phosphatidylcholine 150 mg; Omega-3 Fatty Acids 110 mg; EPA 60 mg; DHA 27.5 mg per 1 softgel. Krill oil provides EPA and DHA together with phospholipids and naturally occurring carotenoid components. EPA and DHA contribute to cell-membrane structure and signaling relevant to cardiovascular and neurological function. The exact amounts of omega fatty acids and phospholipids define this formulation; the total krill-oil mass is not identical to its omega-fatty-acid content.
