Onion bulb contains sulfur-related compounds and plant polyphenols investigated for redox and vascular-signaling mechanisms. Whole bulb differs from purified quercetin and concentrated sulfur-compound preparations. The documented botanical quantity defines the product, while amounts of individual compounds should remain unspecified unless separately reported by the actual source panel.
