Hyaluronic Acid is an oral softgel supplement. The source panel lists Injuv 140 mg; Providing Natural Hyaluronic Acid 12.6 mg per 2 softgels. Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan that binds water and contributes to the viscoelastic properties of synovial fluid and skin extracellular matrix. Oral formulations are studied for skin hydration and joint comfort.

As a dietary supplement, take two softgels two times per day with water for the first two weeks, then two per day thereafter with water.
