Swanson Vitamins, Plant Sterols, Maximum Strength, 60 Softgels

Plant Sterols is an oral softgel supplement. The source panel lists Phytosterols 400 mg per 1 softgel. Plant sterols resemble cholesterol structurally and can compete with it during intestinal absorption. This mechanism is relevant to maintenance of blood lipid levels when sufficient amounts are consumed.

As a dietary supplement, take one softgel two times per day with food and water, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Do not refrigerate.

Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have known allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation, an allergic reaction, or any other adverse effect occurs. Do not use if the safety seal or packaging is damaged. Store according to the product label.
