Swanson Vitamins, Spirulina, 500 mg, 180 Vegan Tablets

Spirulina is an oral tablet supplement. The source panel lists Spirulina 500 mg per 1 vegan tablet. Spirulina is a cyanobacterial food material containing proteins, pigments and other nutritional constituents. Phycocyanin and carotenoids contribute to its characteristic composition and are studied for antioxidant activity. The product supplies the verified spirulina material, while naturally occurring nutrients should remain distinct from standardized vitamin doses or a claim that it is a complete multivitamin replacement.

As a dietary supplement, take one vegan tablet three times per day with water, preferably on an empty stomach.
