Vital Nutrients, Choline, 120 Vegan Capsules (275 mg per Capsule)

Choline is an oral capsule preparation. The stated 2 Capsules serving provides Choline 550 mg. Choline contributes to the synthesis of membrane phospholipids and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and also participates in methyl-group metabolism. The preparation supplies the documented choline form. Alpha-glycerophosphocholine, citicoline and choline salts are chemically distinct, so their ingredient weights and choline contributions are not treated as numerically interchangeable.

Take 2 capsules, twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
