Vital Proteins, Cartilage Collagen, 120 Capsules

Cartilage Collagen is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 4 Capsules serving provides Type II Collagen 3 g and Total glycosaminoglycans 600 mg. Type II collagen is a structural component of cartilage. The documented cartilage material supplies a connective-tissue nutritional matrix whose composition depends on its source and processing. Collagen-derived amino acids participate in normal connective-tissue protein turnover, while any separately quantified glycosaminoglycans represent distinct matrix constituents.

Take 4 capsules one to three times per day.
