Vitamatic, Methyl Folate Gummies, Natural Strawberry, 1,000 mcg, 60 Gummies

Folate is an oral gummy preparation. The documented 1 Gummy serving provides Folate 1700 mcg DFE. Folate participates in one-carbon metabolism, nucleotide synthesis and normal red-blood-cell formation. Folate-dependent reactions contribute to the production and maintenance of DNA and to amino-acid metabolism. Folic acid and methylfolate represent distinct nutritional forms. Dietary folate equivalents express relative biological activity and remain a different measure from the mass of a particular folate ingredient.

As a dietary supplement, chew 1 gummy daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Chew completely before swallowing.
