Vitamin B Complex is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 Capsules serving provides Vitamin C 150 mg, Folate 1700 mcg DFE, Vitamin B12 1000 mcg, Vitamin C 150 mg and Thiamine 100 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation. Thiamin participates in enzyme reactions involved in normal carbohydrate metabolism.
