XTEND, 7G BCAA, Watermelon Explosion, 13.2 oz (375 g)

Amino Recovery Complex is an oral powder preparation. Each 12.5 g (Approx. 1 Scoop) serving supplies L-Leucine 3500 mg; L-Glutamine 2500 mg; L-Isoleucine 1750 mg; L-Valine 1750 mg. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are branched-chain amino acids involved in protein metabolism and muscular nutrition. This exercise-oriented powder combines those amino acids with the additional documented recovery or electrolyte constituents. The separate per-serving quantities define the formula, while the powder presentation retains its specific flavor and composition.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day. For best results, use 2 servings per day.
