Quercetin is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 2 Capsules serving provides Liposomal Quercetin 200 mg, Fisetin 100 mg and Citrus Bioflavonoids Extract 50 mg. Quercetin is a flavonoid found in plant foods and used in antioxidant formulations. It is studied in relation to cellular redox activity and inflammatory signalling, providing a biochemical basis for its use in seasonal-support preparations. Additional ingredients such as bromelain or zinc remain part of the actual formula rather than being assumed present in every quercetin product.
