Youtheory, Men, Collagen, 160 Tablets

Collagen Peptides is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 6 tablets serving provides Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides 5,000 mg, Vitamin C 60 mg and Biotin 900 mcg. Hydrolysed collagen supplies smaller protein fragments and amino acids associated with connective tissues, including glycine and proline. Collagen is a major structural protein in skin, tendons and cartilage. Its peptides provide substrates for normal protein metabolism and are investigated in nutritional skin and joint-support research. Accompanying vitamin C contributes a separate role in collagen synthesis when it is included in the documented formula.

(Adults) Take six (6) tablets per day, all at once or in divided doses.
