Gaia Herbs, Kava Root, 60 Vegan Liquid Phyto-Caps® (576 mg per Cap)

Kava Extract is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 Capsule serving provides Kava 576 mg and Kavalactones 60 mg. Kava is a root-derived botanical preparation containing kavalactones. These constituents have been investigated for interactions with neuronal signalling relevant to relaxation. The product supplies the documented root extract as a distinct botanical ingredient, with extract mass and standardised kavalactone content representing different composition measures. Its formulation context is calm and relaxation support rather than a generic vitamin, mineral or amino-acid preparation.

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily between meals. Maximum time of use 1 month.
