Solaray, Extended Release Melatonin With Glycine, 100 VegCaps

Melatonin is an oral capsule preparation. The documented 1 VegCap serving provides Glycine 1,000 mg and Extended Release Melatonin 10 mg. Melatonin is a signalling molecule involved in circadian organisation and the timing of the sleep-wake cycle. Its receptors participate in the body's response to biological night and changing light-dark conditions. This preparation supplies the stated melatonin material in its actual dosage form. Additional botanical or nutritional components retain their separate identities within the formulation.

Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap in the evening before bed.
