Multivitamin Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 1 Tablet serving provides Vitamin C 250 mg, Vitamin D 10 mcg (400 IU), Folate 666 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 75 mcg and Zinc 10 mg. This multivitamin preparation combines nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism, immune function and tissue maintenance. Individual vitamins and minerals contribute different biochemical roles. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Vitamin D contributes to calcium regulation and normal skeletal and immune function. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.
