Vitamin B Complex is an oral tablet preparation. The documented 1 Tablet serving provides Vitamin C 1,000 mg, Folate 666 mcg DFE (400 mcg Folic Acid), Vitamin B12 50 mcg, Vitamin C 1,000 mg and Thiamin 50 mg. This B-vitamin formulation combines nutrients that participate in cellular energy metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system function. Vitamin C contributes to collagen synthesis and cellular antioxidant systems. Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to one-carbon metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.
